Low-impact aerobics for all levels. One foot on the floor at all times. The first half
of the class is aerobic exercise and the second is toning. Bring a mat and wear

12.) Dog Training Classes: Buddies -- Training Basics
(Dogs 6 months & older) This dog training basics class provides positive training methods,
good management practices and problem solving. Children under 14 must be with an adult.
First week is mandatory and dogs DO NOT ATTEND. Vaccinations must be up-to-date.

AKC certified training. Graduates of "Dog Training Basics" are invited to join the K-9 Good Citizenship class

14.) Dog Training Classes: Puppy Preschool
(Puppies 10 weeks - 6 months) Puppies need a jump start to becoming wonderful companions.
This beginner training program, including some play time, will get you on your way to a positive
relationship with your puppy. Children under 12 must be with an adult. Puppies must
be healthy with up-to-date vaccinations. (6 classes)

15.) Tai Chi
Tai Chi is an ancient yet evolving art form which uses slow, deliberate
and careful movements to better understand the body's
restrictions and performance. Receive the benefits of increased balance,
flexibility, endurance and strength. All abilities and ages 14 and up
welcome to join. (6 classes)
Two levels are available: Beginner (Sessions K, L, M, and N)
and Advanced Beginner (Session J). To enroll
in an advanced beginner session, students must have completed a beginner class. The Advanced Beginner
class uses the Tai Chi Form.
