Level I Reiki training includes the history of Reiki, its healing capabilities and a meditation to connect with your Reiki Master Guide. Participants will be attuned to the Reiki energy source with three of the sacred symbols of the Usui System of Natural Healing. Hand placements for self and others will be practiced.

African Coiling is a hand-building technique which is originated in West Africa. It involves working with small sausage shape coils, starting in the palm of the hand twisting in a spiral movement. This technique allows anyone to create small to huge forms even if you have never worked in clay. Students are encouraged to come with their own ideas focusing on the garden; birdbaths, fountains, planters, chimes or simply decorative ornaments. Students will also explore surface decoration and glazing.
Reiki II Prerequisite: Reiki I certificate. Expand your experience and knowledge of the practice. Participants will learn and practice three of the sacred symbols which include a mental/emotional symbol, as well as, learning how to give a distance healing. Participants will be attuned to the next level and a certificate will be awarded. Wear comfortable clothing; bring pillow, blanket & lunch.
