Cooking with the Metro Bistrot

Jay places an emphasis on fresh, mostly local ingredients for the food in the Bistrot and sometimes changes the menu daily according to what is available at the markets or what he can forage from local fields, lakes, streams and gardens.  Think Spring! (1 class)
