Eating healthier in three easy steps begins in your cabinets, pantry and refrigerator. The presentation then moves to planning, scheduling and shopping.  And it finishes with examples of meals to prepare and the healthy dining experience.  You will leave with a pantry prep list, weekly/monthly planning handouts and easy ideas to make improvements to your meals.
