Hitchcock Academy has a 15 member board of trustees and many subcommittees in place to work on special projects. Sub committes include:
Building & Grounds * Planning & Activities * Fund Raising * Charles Field * Special Events
If you have a special interest you think will be helpful, please give us a call. We could use help especially in caring for this facility built
in 1855 and finding ways to make it more energy efficient, publicizing our programs, brainstorming ideas for new programs, working to renovate
the field behind the academy and helping with fund raising.
Our biggest fund raising event for 2009 is our civil war event Aug 2&3. We will need many
people to help in many ways from set up & breakdown to ticket sales, sewing costumes, hauling firewood, distributing flyers, helping to find
sponsors for events and more. If you are interested in getting involved, please come to the meeting.
