Spring Self-Care "Cleanse"

Take good care of yourself in this 6-week “cleanse” that includes gentle Yoga, meditation, journaling, nutrition ideas, mindful eating and exercise strategies.  Discussions involve how to successfully reduce “toxins” (such as sugar, processed foods, caffeine, alcohol, negative mindsets -- things that deplete one's energy) and incorporate healthful lifestyle practices; no fasting or dieting involved.  (6 classes) 

Dates: Tuesdays, 7:30 - 8:45 PM, April 26, May 3, 17, 24, 31, June 7- June 7  (No class May 10 - Flea Market)

Fee:  $60 ($55 for Brimfield, Holland, Sturbridge and Wales residents)
