Kitchen Counter Yoga

In this fun and relaxed class we will use Hitchcock’s kitchen counters as props to practice some stretching, strengthening, breathing, and balancing to enhance that mind-body connection.  Then at home, when you are working in your own kitchen or just waiting for the coffee to finish brewing, you can grab a few moments here and there to continue your practice and explore your favorite movements and postures.  No experience is necessary; we will be exploring all standing postures, and no mat is needed.
