Yoga for Kids  (Ages 3-7)

Every week we explore a yoga concept such as balance, energy, speed/space finesse and many more. Each class begins with a discussion or demonstration of the concept for the week and by taking a moment to turn inward. This is followed by warm-up activities, which incorporate movement with stretches, games and songs, preparing our bodies for a series of yoga poses. We wind class down by learning to center with our breath and focus our attention inward with a guided rest or visualization. Parents participate in class on April 2. (5 classes)
