Yoga Nidra

Unwind with a brief gentle Yoga experience (beginners welcome!), then enjoy “Yoga Nidra” – sometimes referred to a “psychic sleep” or a state of deep relaxation.  Bring a mat, blanket, pillow, or anything else for your comfort (1class)
