*** All participants must submit the Youth Consent/Emergency Form
for EACH CHILD participating BEFORE attending any program. The
form can be emailed ([email protected]) or dropped off at our office. If you already submitted the form for youth programs
in 2025, there is no need to resubmit.

- Bathing suit or extra clothes, waterproof or extra shoes,
and a towel on hot days for water play - Full Day only: Lunch*
