Missed Class Policy:
Hitchcock Academy aims to offer its programs as affordably as possible, and relies on patrons purchasing classes as a package. We are unable to customize classes based on an individual student's availability. We thank you for your understanding and support.
Storm Cancellation Policy:
Hitchcock Academy will be closed during the daytime when Tantasqua/Union 61 schools are closed. For more details call Hitchcock at (413) 245-9977.
More about our Policies:
In order to run each of its programs, Hitchcock must cover not only instructor fees, but also facilities costs such as electricity and maintenance, administrative costs such as time spent programming, scheduling, marketing, processing registrations and much more. Your fee does not simply pay for your spot in a class on a particular day - it pays a portion of all the costs involved in making a class happen. Pro-rating a class requires dedicated administrative time to receive and process a request, including the refund transaction and associated fees. We feel it is in the best interests of instructors, class participants and Hitchcock Academy to keep classes affordable as a package so that a missed class does not create a financial hardship for the individual or the organization.
